Líder puts at your disposal the Customer Service area, through this service we attend to the queries of our clients after the delivery of their Real Estate Units or Common Areas.

  • To facilitate communication between the Customer Service area and our clients, we give each owner a card with a unique user code.

  • We provide a customer manual where you will find recommendations for the use and maintenance of your property.

  • Plans of the electrical, sanitary and architectural installations of the acquired property; which are specially prepared for each real estate unit.

Inspection

The claim will be evaluated through a face-to-face or virtual inspection, as the case may be, and if the claim proceeds, the necessary work will be scheduled within approximately 15 days.
